Cold Pipe Cutting & Beveling:

• At DILOGUE, we possess cold pipe cutting and beveling machines in-house capable of handling sizes up to 72 inches, with capabilities extending up to 120 inches through our international operations. Our expertise encompasses cutting and beveling various materials, including but not limited to carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels, Inconel, SS Overlay pipes, and "P" series materials. We specialize in performing a wide range of bevels, including J bevels, single bevels, and compound V bevels, even on heavy walls with thicknesses of up to 3 inches.

Our proficient team, comprised of well-trained, skilled, and certified professionals, executes cold cutting activities with utmost regard for safety and quality standards. On-Site Drilling & Tapping:

• DILOGUE is equipped with hydraulic-operated in-situ tapping machines capable of handling cold tapping operations up to 3 inches in size. We offer pipeline tapping services tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.
• Upholding our commitment to safety and quality, DILOGUE's proficient team executes on-site drilling and tapping services with meticulous attention to safety protocols and quality standards. We guarantee accurate threading and drilling without causing any damage to the parent equipment and structure, aligning with the requirements of clients in the petrochemical, oil, and gas sectors in KSA.
  

Flange Machining and Milling:

• DILOGUE boasts flange facing machines capable of handling sizes up to 120 inches in-house. Our machines feature both OD/ID mounting options to accommodate all ASME/API standard flanges. Additionally, we offer tube sheet mounting kits and back-facing attachments for performing serrations on tube sheets of heat exchangers.
• Our on-site milling machines cover areas up to 2 meters by 4 meters in span. We excel in machining skid base plates with precision in accordance with API standards. Furthermore, we specialize in milling partition plates of heat exchangers and guide ways, as well as executing special in-situ milling operations with a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.
