Column Internal Works

DILOGUE has recently completed the Tray Replacement of an Ethanol Recovery Column successfully and safely. The process involved erecting scaffoldings and removing insulation from specified areas. Prior to the removal and installation of the seal pan, tray, and support rings, necessary inspections were diligently conducted.

Following client inspection, manways were appropriately boxed-up, and gauges were re-installed. Equipment was then de-blinded, and skirt inspection was performed to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
