Heat Exchanger Retubing

• Chemical cleaning of the exchanger shell and tube side.
• Removal and installation of tubes with utmost care to prevent any damage to the tube-sheet and tube holes.
• Expansion of tubes to the tube sheet as per the approved expansion procedure.
• Visual inspections conducted after every stage to ensure quality and precision.
• Installation of ferrules in accordance with the drawings provided by the client.
• Prior to the installation of the Channel Cover and Bonnet, hydrotesting is performed for both the shell and tube sides to ensure structural integrity.
